We are grateful for your interest and registration in the Demystifying Fibromyalgia Certification Training Conference, organized collaboratively by Physician Transformation Institute (PTI), Support Fibromyalgia Network, and Texas Center for Lifestyle Medicine (TCLM). Please note that your ticket purchase for this conference is non-refundable. By completing the registration and payment process, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Policy: All ticket sales for the Demystifying Fibromyalgia Certification Training Conference are final. Regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend the event, including but not limited to personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued.

2. Transfer of Tickets: While tickets are non-refundable, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, preventing you from attending the event. If you find yourself unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your ticket to another individual, provided you inform us at least 15 days before the event date. Any changes in attendee information should be communicated via email to [email protected], and both parties must mutually agree to the ticket transfer.

3. Event Modifications: PTI, Support Fibromyalgia Network, and TCLM reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speaker lineup, topics, venue, or any other aspect of the conference, if deemed necessary. In such cases, we will do our best to inform all registered attendees in advance.

4. Force Majeure: In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations, that lead to the cancellation or postponement of the event, PTI, Support Fibromyalgia Network, and TCLM will not be held liable for any resulting damages, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other related losses.
