Service Agreement for the Online Physicians' Community
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Online Physicians' Community ("Community"). The Community is an online platform designed for physicians who are dedicated to personal and professional growth. By accessing and using the Community, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Community Services
The Community provides the following services:
- Personal and professional growth opportunities for physicians
- Exploration of entrepreneurship opportunities
- Activities to improve mental, spiritual, and professional well-being
- Making positive changes in the medical field through clinical trials and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
The Community is open to licensed physicians only. By accessing and using the Community, you represent and warrant that you are a licensed physician.
- Code of Conduct
As a member of the Community, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
- Do not engage in any illegal or unethical activities.
- Do not post any content that is discriminatory, offensive, or defamatory.
- Do not post any confidential or proprietary information.
- Do not engage in any commercial activities without prior written permission from the Community.

The Community owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Community, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. You may not use the Community or its content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Community.
The Community may terminate your access to the Community at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
