Dr. Cheng Ruan

 

Dr. Cheng Ruan is the founder of the Physician Transformation Institute and a physician who recognized early on that the problem in healthcare isn’t just the system — it’s how high-level professionals are forced to operate within it.

Over the past several years, he and his team have worked with physicians, dentists, and healthcare leaders across every stage of their careers — from residency to retirement — helping them step out of constant reactivity and into a more grounded, clear, and intentional way of leading.

This work became what he now calls Leveling In — a different approach to leadership that isn’t about adding more, but removing what’s been in the way.
