This Privacy Notice covers Company's treatment of information collected when you access the mobile application or any other linked pages, features, content, or application services offered from time to time by Company in connection therewith (collectively, the "Mobile App"). Professional Information: Profession/Occupation history (for profile creation and to ensure relevance of content).

B. Information Collected Automatically
Upon engaging the Mobile App, the Company automatically receives and records general usage information:

We specifically confirm that we DO NOT collect Sensitive Personal Information, including precise geolocation data, health information, race, or religious beliefs.

VII. Data Security, Cookies, and Do Not TrackÂ
A. Data Security
No Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Your Company account personal information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorized access to your account and personal information. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
B. Cookies and Usage Data
We use "cookies" and other tracking technologies only for session management, site function, and analyzing aggregated usage. This information is not used for targeted advertising.
C. Do Not Track
Because there is no common understanding of what a “Do Not Track” signal is supposed to mean, we will not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

VIII. Links to Other Web Sites and Social Media
This Privacy Notice applies only to the Mobile App. This Mobile App may contain links to other web sites or social media platforms (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. Any information that you post on social media is governed by each social platform’s privacy notices.

Company will primarily store your information in the United States. If you are accessing or using our Mobile App or otherwise providing personal information to us, you are agreeing and consenting to the processing of your personal information in the United States.

A. Texas and Nonprofit Status
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in Texas, Physician Transformation Institute is generally exempt from the requirements of the comprehensive Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and most other U.S. state comprehensive privacy laws (such as CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, etc.).
B. Transparency and Exercising Your Rights
Although we are generally exempt, we are committed to transparently protecting your privacy. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, we already meet or exceed many core compliance requirements.
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with specific privacy rights (e.g., the right to know what data is collected or request deletion), you may contact us using the methods described in Section XII. We will review and respond to your request in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
